The Citizens Leadership Academy provides an interactive learning experience in which presenters and participants learn from one another through case studies, group discussions, and site tours.
It is open to anyone who resides or works in the Town of Barnstable and it is FREE.​
Citizens Academy is a 12-week citizens leadership academy with the goal of educating the citizens of Barnstable about the operations of their town government while also obtaining valuable feedback and participation from those citizens. The program is designed to improve communication and provide an understanding of the challenges facing municipal government. All interested citizens are encouraged to apply for participation.
